In this pre-registered series, Ashley will guide you through targeted yoga flows, core-stability work, and mindful breathing, all blended with intuitive movement rooted in somatic wellness practices. Drawing from her Somatic Training wisdom, Ashley helps you tune into your body’s subtle signals—because improving your well-being starts with truly listening to what your body is telling you it needs most and nurturing that.
You’ll learn how to:
- Activate deep core muscles that protect and support the spine
- Notice postural challenges and improve them so your body feels lighter and more open
- Connect with intuition and your body’s signals to move the way it needs to
- Get weekly “home care guides” to support improvement
