Soulfire Yoga with Kenzie

Begin your journey inward with Soulfire Yoga, a class that cultivates profound connection through mindful, embodied practice. We open with mantra, using sound vibration to center the mind and invite clarity, setting a sacred intention for your practice.
From there, we flow into an asana sequence infused with somatic movement, where each posture explores sensation and self-awareness. Integrated pranayama (breathwork) enhances this experience, guiding you to move with the breath, tune into your body’s innate wisdom, and unlock deeper levels of presence. This mind-body connection anchors you in the present, cultivating resilience, release, and mindful embodiment.
The class concludes with a grounding meditation, which integrates the practice and leaves you feeling calm and open.

All-Levels Flow with Arielle

This is a one hour yoga flow practice suitable for all levels as we connect breath with movement. Expect to be challenged physically while taking this hour to reconnect with YOU — your breath, body, mind and soul. Setting aside space for yourself is the biggest challenge — stepping onto your mat is the great reward.

Hatha Yoga with Mina

Hatha yoga is a balanced practice suitable for all levels, focusing on physical postures, breathwork, and mindfulness to build strength, flexibility, and inner calm. With a slower pace and emphasis on alignment, it encourages students to connect breath and movement, making it accessible and adaptable to various needs.

Sukha Sundays with Arielle

Sundays are for sweetness. “Sukha” in Sanskrit means joy or sweetness, and that’s what this class is all about! Let go of last week and get ready for the week ahead with this cozy Yin Yoga class that’s perfect for beginners, but also for advanced yogis and athletes who need to balance out their yang practices and stretch deeply into their connective tissue. Expect to leave class feeling calm and rejuvenated.
