If you are actively sick and displaying symptoms of a cold, flu or communicable illness, please remain home and rebook at your earliest convenience. If you have an illness that has lingered, but is no longer communicable, you are fine to attend your appointment. If you are unsure, please feel free to reach out to your practitioner or the clinic. Our 24 hour cancellation fee will always be waived in the case of sickness and/or emergency. We do this to protect the health of our practitioners and our patients, and to not spread illness.

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a space in the practitioner’s day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be subject to the full treatment cost.
